Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the intimate and medical-aesthetic nature of our compression garments, Moldeate Med Canada enforces strict hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.

1. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 2 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • No stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear
  • Garments must only be tried on over clean underwear

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the error is attributable to Moldeate Med Canada.

2. Non-Eligible Items

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons:

  • Refunds are not offered
  • Used or altered items are not accepted
  • Promotional or final sale items are not eligible
  • Customized or modified garments are excluded

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence

After evaluation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Product replacement, or
  • Store credit

4. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws in Canada. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable legislation.

Moldeate Med Canada reserves the right to refuse exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
